Project description: This project requires repairing the six structural columns located within the Supreme Court of Canada parking garage.

Work is to be completed within six (6) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $101,000.00 to $250,000.00.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at level of Reliability Status. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on Wednesday, February 10 at 10:00AM.  Interested bidders shall sign in at the East Entrance at the Supreme Court of Canada, 301 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1P 5A4 and therefore must bring a piece of photo ID. 

There are no safety attire requirements at this site.
