PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  Project no. R.066591.002, Fit-up,
Jeanne Mance Building, 200 Eglantine Driveway, Ottawa, ON. 

Project description: Fit-up of floors 4, 5 & 10 of the Jeanne
Mance Building. Project involves demolition of offices, paint,
electrical and mechanical modifications to accommodate new floor
plan. 

Work is to be completed within Eight (8) weeks after contract
award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the
following category: $250,001.00 - $500,000.00.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:   
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS) . Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
There will be a site visit on February 11, 2014 at 10:00am. 
Interested bidders shall meet at the front guard station at the
Jeanne Mance Building, 200 Eglantine Driveway, Ottawa, ON.
