PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: R.078014.001 REPLACEMENT OF FUME HOODS AND UPGRADE HVAC UPGRADE, NEATBY BUILDING, 960 CARLING AVE, OTTAWA, ON   


Work is to be completed within twenty-two (22) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $500,001 to $1,000,000.00.
  
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. The bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at time of bid closing.  
Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on July 12, 2016 at 10:30am.  Interested bidders shall meet at the security desk, front entrance of the Neatby Building, 960 Carling Ave., Ottawa, ON.
