Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: R.067476.064 Tar and Chip Roads - Connaught Range, 31 Shirley Boulevard, Ottawa, Ontario Project description: This project is for the application of a double bituminous (flexible paving) surface treatment to the existing main road surfaces within the Connaught Range site. The total distance of application is approximately four (4) kilometers. Work is to be completed within two and a half (2.5) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $250,001 - $500,000. MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT: This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure tocomply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on August 9th, 2016 at 10:00am. Interested bidders shall meet at the Connaught Rane, 31 Shirley Boulevard in Ottawa, Ontario. Safety Attire - None required for this site visit.
