    PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  EP076-130124/A, R.008707.009, Willson
    House Phase 1, Parking Lot Improvement,  654 Meech Lake Road,
    Chelsea, Quebec
    
    Project description:   Rehabilitation of the parking lot area
    for the Heritage designated Willson House in order to upgrade
    the surface, drainage and entrance, as well as an addition of
    new granite stairs and pavers, native vegetation and hydro
    seeding. Work is to be completed within nine (9) weeks after
    contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is
    within the following category: $100,001.00-$250,000.00.
    
    
    MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:   
    This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At
    bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
    Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial
    Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government
    Services Canada (PWGSC). Failure to comply with this requirement
    will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration
    will be given to the Bid. 
    
    
    SITE VISIT:  
    There will be a site visit on August 14, 2012 at  10:00 am.
    Interested bidders are to meet at the main entrance of Willson
    House, 654 Meech Lake Road, Chelsea, Quebec.
    
    Safety Attire - All persons attending the site visit should have
    the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green patch) .
