PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  EP750-160408/A, R.011801-216,  West
Block Traffic Safety Measures, Parliament Hill, 111 Wellington
Street, Ottawa, Ontario

Project description:    
Various civil/landscaping works on the Parliament Hill grounds
to improve user safety during the current period of increased
construction traffic and until completion of the West Block
Rehabilitation project in 2017. 
Work is to be completed within fourteen (14) weeks after
contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is
within the following category: $500,001 to $1,000,000.00.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: 
There will be a site visit on October 6, 2015 at 10:00am.
Interested bidders are to meet at the Sir John A. MacDonald
Monument, Parliament Hill Grounds,111 Wellington Street, Ottawa,
Ontario. 

Bidders are advised that Photo ID will also be required.
Safety Attire - It is recommended that all persons attending the
site visit have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green
patch).
