available free of charge on a Government of Canada Web site on
Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.

The Government Electronic Tendering Service on
Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders will be the sole authoritative source
for Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade
agreements or subject to departmental policies that require
public advertising of tenders.

PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  R.055763.002, Turbine Replacement, RCMP
Building, 1200 Vanier Parkway, Ottawa, Ontario 

Project description:    This is the replacement of the Turbine
for the RCMP Building.

Work is to be completed within forty-six (46) weeks after
contract award. 

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:   
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
There will be an optional site visit on Wednesday, May 29, 2013
at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders shall meet at 1200 Vanier
Parkway, Ottawa, Ontario. We will then proceed to the 875 Heron
Road, Ottawa, Ontario.

Amendments, when issued, will be available from MERX. Firms that
elect to base their bids on bid documents obtained from other
sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible
to inform the bid calling authority of their intention to bid.
