PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  Building 88 Vertical Siding Replacement, 960 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario.

Project description:    The project consist of the replacement of the existing vertical siding and sealing with new vertical cedar siding.

Work is to be completed within twenty (20) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $250,001 and $500.000.  

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) / Facility Security Clearance at level of Reliability Status.  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on December 15, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.  Interested bidders shall meet at 960 Carling Avenue, Building 20, north entrance, Ottawa, Ontario.
