PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:

Building 54, Maple Drive, Central Experimental Farm, Ottawa, Ontario

Project description:  This project requires the conservation of the Building 54 building envelopeincluding the cedar roof, cladding system, and heritage windows
Work is to be completed within Thirty-four (34)weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $500,001 to $1,000,000.  

MANDATORYSECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
There are no security requirement.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on Thursday May 5, 2016 at 10am.  Interested bidders shall meet at the front of Building 54, Maple Drive, Central Experimental Farm, Ottawa, Ontario.

Safety Attire - No Requirement.
