Project description:    This project is for the replacement of 3 existing down-flow CCT-DX Air Conditioning Units that are located outside Building 250 A.

Work is to be completed within twelve (12) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $250,001 to $500,000.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET.  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

SITE VISIT:  

There will be no site visit for this solicitation.
