PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The objective of this project is to construct new facility for the relocation of communication, data and video monitoring operations. The project scope includes construction and fit up of the new building to allow seamless operational transition from the existing 24/7 facility.

Work is to be completed within eighty-seven (87) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $5,000,001.00 to $20,000,000.00.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

SITE VISIT

There will be no site visit for this requirement.
