PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project consists of strengthening eight structurally deficient diagonal truss members, eight structurally deficient stringers, and the lower chord at the upstream abutment of the Ontario side.
Work is to be completed within 19 weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $100,001 to $500,000

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

1. There will be an optional site visit on May 25, 2021 at 11:00 hrs. Interested bidders are to meet at the Joachims Bridge.
2. Safety Attire: In order to be guaranteed access to the site visit all persons should have the proper personal protection equipment (safety glasses, footwear, vests and hard hats etc.). Contractor`s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.
3. COVID Protocol: Meeting will occur outside. Interested bidders must wear face masks and keep 2m distance from each other.
