    This procurement consists of a two-envelope Invitation to Tender (ITT) bidding process. Refer to the Invitation to Tender documents for details.
    
    PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  R.011801.165, EMERGENCY POWER, PARLIAMENT HI
    LL, OTTAWA, ONTARIO 
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION:   Remove and replace two emergency power generator 
    
    units and fuel storage.
    
    Work is to be completed by November 17, 2016. 
    
    
    MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
     
    This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  
    
    NEW:
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
    
    There will be an optional site visit on November 25, 2015 at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at the main entrance of the Centre Block on
     Parliament Hill, Ottawa, Ontario. 
    
    Please note: The names of each individual attending the site visit, their date of birth, along with the name of the firm they represent, to be
     provided to the Contracting Officer by November 23, 2015 at 12:00 PM 
    in order to gain access to the site.
    
    
    MANDATORY SITE VISIT: 
     
    There will be a site visit on November 12 at 10:00 AM.  Interested bidders shall meet at the main entrance of Centre Block, Parliament Hill, Ottawa, Ontario.
    
    The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The representative of th
    ebidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at 
    the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.
    
    Please note: The names of each individual attending the site visit, their date of birth, along with the name of the firm they represent, to be
    
     provided to the Contracting Officer by November 10, 2015 at 2:00 PM in 
    
    order to gain access to the site.
