REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)

FOR: Real Property Services, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC)

PSPC is exploring new, forward-looking opportunities to rapidly access full-service workplace solutions in a manner that provides best value to Canada.
 
PSPC is seeking information on options available for the provision of innovative full-service workplace solutions that are flexible, responsive and scalable to help PSPC quickly deliver office space to respond to the needs of federal government departments and agencies. The services that would form part of the solution include, but are not limited to:

• Provide space that is fit-up, furnished and IT-enabled to respond to the accommodation requirements of federal public servants;
• Provide connectivity, security and facility operations and maintenance services;
• Manage occupant access to the space;
• Respond to and address occupant concerns; and
• Maintain and manage the office work environment and provide associated services.

PSPC is committed to increasing the diversity of service providers and suppliers. Businesses owned or led by Canadians from under-represented groups, such as women, Indigenous Peoples, persons with disabilities and visible minorities are encouraged to participate.

This is not a bid solicitation.  This Request for Information (RFI) will not result in the award of any contract; therefore, potential suppliers of any goods or services described in this RFI should not prepare facilities, nor allocate resources, as a result of any information contained in this RFI.   This RFI will not result in the creation of any source list; therefore, whether or not any potential supplier responds to this RFI, it will not preclude that supplier from participating in any future procurement.  This RFI is simply intended to solicit feedback from industry.  The information obtained pursuant to this RFI may or may not be used in any Request for Proposal (RFP) at a future date.  The Government of Canada will not reimburse any respondent for any expenses incurred in responding to this RFI.
