The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) wants to expand its capabilities in the field of bioprocessing. With this aim in mind, the NRC wishes to procure a bench top fermentor.

The work consists of supplying the system at the NRC address (70 Sandy Cove Road, Ketch Harbour, NS, B3V 1K9) and support training on equipment use; all of the work must be completed by March 31, 2021.

Equipment: a bench top fermentor which conforms to the mandatory technical specifications. See herein.

Technical documentation: The system must include at least one operating manual in English and French upon delivery.

Training: The supplier must also provide training to NRC staff on the operation of the system.

Basis of Selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
