Bookmark Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders now to be ready for June 1! ***************************************** TITLE: CHEMICAL TREATMENT - WATER /POOLS The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for a contractor to supply and deliver to 14 Wing Greenwood and Camp Aldershot, Nova Scotia, chemicals for water disinfection and swimming pool treatment. See Annex A in the Tender documents for items required and pricing table. Prices offered is to include delivery with a turn around of four days after the call-up has been made. Emergency Items will be delivered within twenty four (24) hours of call-up. All emergency items will be identified at the time of the call-up. The period for placing call-ups and rendering services against the Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) shall be for one (1) year from award of the Standing Offer with an additional two, 12 month option periods to extend. INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the ContractingAuthority: Nancy Dunphy, telephone (902) 496-5481, facsimile (902) 496-5016, email nancy.dunphy@pwgsc.gc.ca. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. After issuance of a Standing Offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the Request For Standing Offer. Offerors should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. There are no security requirements associated with this requirement. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
