    This amendment 002 is raised to add an additional two road signs
    for a total of twelve road signs to be fabricated. SEE ATTACHED

    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
    solicitation number 5P123-140010/A dated November 26th, 2014
    with a closing of January 6th, 2015 at 2PM Atlantic Time. 
    
    Scope: This contract involves the fabrication of Parks Canada
    directional signs for secondary roads in south western Nova
    Scotia. See Annex A for further details.
    
    Delivery of the ten (10) signs must be on or before March 31,
    2015.
    
    OBJECTIVE:  The objective of this project is to ensure that
    updated directional signage is fabricated so that it can be
    placed in strategic locations in the area approaching Fort Anne,
    Port-Royal and Kejimkujik by Parks Canada staff. This will
    ensure that visitors have important en route information at key
    decision points as the travel.
    
    The technical specifications for the signs are attached to this
    document.
    
    A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
    and meet all mandatory technical criteria (see herein) to be
    declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest
    evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. In
    the event of a tie, the bidder offering the best delivery will
    be recommended for award.
    
    There is a NO security requirement associated with this
    requirement.  
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
    American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
    Internal Trade (AIT).

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
