Department of National Defence, Maritime Forces Atlantic, has a requirement for Services to dismantle and remove the Southerly Halifax Narrow Trot Bay Mooring System. See Annex A: Statement of Work for more details.

The period for this contract will be from date of contract award to March 30th, 2018. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement on Internal Trade (CFTA), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).

Evaluation Criteria: Mandatory Technical Criteria, Yes/NO

Basis of Selection: The lowest bid meeting the mandatory technical
criteria will be issued a contract.

Competitive Requirement: 40 calendar day posting

Mandatory Delivery Date: On or before March 30, 2018.

The funding for this equipment is allotted for this fiscal year, and MUST be delivered by March 30TH, 2018.
