    The Canadian Hydrographic Service (CHS) is a division of the
    Science Branch of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
    Under the Oceans Act, the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans has
    the authority to conduct hydrographic surveys and to produce and
    distribute nautical charts and other nautical publications for
    Canadian territorial waters. The CHS and its Contractors must
    adhere to rigorous, internationally-recognized standards and
    guidelines when conducting hydrographic surveys. 
    
    CHS seeks to implement an integrated multi-platform approach to
    hydrographic surveying in the Canada's navigable waters that
    will allow for the delivery of a flexible, affordable and
    sustainable hydrographic survey program to meet Canada's
    foreseeable hydrographic requirements. Airborne Light Detection
    And Ranging (LIDAR) Bathymetric Surveys are intended to be part
    of this multi-platform approach.
    
    The Scope of this project is to conduct multiple Airborne
    Bathymetric LIDAR surveys for the specified sites and deliver
    fully processed and verified hydrographic survey data which will
    be used to update CHS nautical charts of the areas. Sites ate
    located in the Province of Nova Scotia.
    
    Fisheries and Oceans may acquire the services of any or all of
    the specified sites listed in the Statement of Work Annex A, and
    deliver fully processed and verified hydrographic survey data
    which will be used to update CHS nautical charts of the areas. 
    It will be at the discretion of the Project Authority to
    determine the specified site or sites where data acquisition
    will be truncated and to establish priorities in accordance with
    the project budget.
    
    Flying Work shall be performed druring the period from Contract
    award and deliverables completed by March 31, 2013 with one (1)
    twelve month option period.

    (a) a complete list of names of all individuals who are
    currently directors of the Bidder;
    			
    This requirement is subject to Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
