SUPPLY OF MARINE EVACUATION SYSTEM
ABOARD OF THE VESSEL MADELEINE

T2012-170028/B

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement on behalf of Transport Canada for the supply and delivery of Marine Evacuation Systems (MES) to replace the existing systems on the MV Madeleine in accordance with the associated technical specification detailed in the Statement of Requirement and applicable Annexes and Appendices. 

DELIVERY:
All the deliverables must be received by May 18, 2018.

There is no security requirement applicable to this Contract.
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Trade agreement Exemptions: The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) as per  Annex 15A, Section E, Note 1c 3d and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1.
