Correctional Services of Canada (CSC) is looking to streamline and standardize its procurement of construction materials by soliciting Offerors for the supply, delivery and unloading of construction materials to various CSC’s locations throughout Canada. It is the intent to issue seven (7) Standing Offers covering the following seven (7) regions:
Region 1 - British Colombia
Region 2 - Alberta
Region 3 - Saskatchewan
Region 4 - Manitoba including Northwestern Ontario
Region 5 - Ontario excluding Northwestern Ontario
Region 6 - Quebec
Region 7 - Atlantic Canada

The supply, delivery and unloading of the construction materials is to be provided on as “as and when required” basis for an initial period of two (2) years with the option to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year period.

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

NOTE: No minimum quantities is guaranteed - No minimum delivery will be accepted.
