    This Request for Standing Offer cancels and supersedes previous Request for Standing Offer 21C11-186918/A dated December 3, 2018 with a closing of January 24, 2019.
    
    Correctional Services of Canada (CSC) is looking to streamline and standardize its procurement of construction materials by soliciting Offerors for the supply, delivery and unloading of construction materials to various CSC’s locations throughout Canada. Offerors may submit an Offer for one (1) region, or up to seventeen (17) regions. The seventeen (17) regions are as follows:
    
    Region 1A -  British Colombia (Abbotsford, Agassiz, Mission)
    Region 1B - British Colombia (Victoria)
    Region 2A - Alberta (Edmonton, Innisfail)
    Region 2B - Alberta (Drumheller)
    Region 2C - Alberta (Grande Cache)
    Region 3A - Saskatchewan (Saskatoon)
    Region 3B - Saskatchewan (Prince-Albert)
    Region 4 - Manitoba 
    Region 5B - Ontario (Campbellford, Kingston)
    Region 5C - Ontario (Gravenhurst)
    Region 5C - Ontario (Kitchener)
    Region 5D - Ontario (Ottawa)
    Region 6A -  Quebec (Joliette, Laval, Ste-Anne-des-Palaines
    Region 6B -  Quebec (Cowansville, Drummondville)
    Region 6C -  Quebec (La Macaza)
    Region &A -  Nova Scotia (Springhill, Truro)
    Region 7B-  New Brunswick (Dorchester)
    
    More than one Standing Offer may be issued per region.
    
    The supply, delivery and unloading of the construction materials is to be provided on as “as and when required” basis for an initial period of two (2) years with the option to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year period.
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
    
    NOTE: No minimum quantities is guaranteed - No minimum delivery will be accepted.
