Trade Agreement: Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business (SPAB) Tendering Procedures: Suppliers on permanent list or able to meet qualification requirements Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Construction Materials 21C11-186918/C Correct closing date July 22, 2019 This procurement has been set-aside under the federal government`s Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must be certified that it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB. Correctional Services of Canada (CSC) is looking to streamline and standardize its procurement of construction materials by soliciting Offerors for the supply, delivery and unloading of construction materials to various Healing Lodges throughout Canada. Offerors may submit an Offer for one (1) region, or up to five (5) regions. The five (5) regions are as follows: Region 1 - British Colombia (Kwikwexwelhp Healing Village) Region 2 - Alberta (Pe Sakastew Centre, Stan Daniels Healing Centre, Buffalo Sage for Women) Region 3 - Saskatchewan (Willow Creek Healing Centre, Okimaw Ochi Healing Lodge, Prince-Albert Grand Council Spiritual healing Lodge) Region 4 - Manitoba (O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi Healing Lodge) Region 6 - Quebec (Waseskun Healing Center) The supply, delivery and unloading of the construction materials is to be provided on as as and when required basis for an initial period of two (2) years with the option to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year period. This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). NOTE: No minimum quantities is guaranteed - No minimum delivery will be accepted. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
