Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement to
purchase a new Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system (GSIN
N5820) to be installed at Lacolle Border Crossing.  

The primary purpose of the CCTV system is to provide video surveillance 
of the CBSA commercial building in St-Bernard-de-Lacolle (QC) as described in the Statement of Work (SOW).

The work is requested to be completed within 4 weeks after
contract award. 

A mandatory site visit will be held at Lacolle Border Crossing at10:30 
am on November 17, 2015.

Bidders must attend the site visit to be given consideration.

The bidder must have at least one attendee at the site visit and
the onus is on the bidders to arrive at the site in a timely
manner. Bidders arriving late may not be permitted to attend the
site visit.

It is also a mandatory condition of this requirement that all attendees 
register in advance for the site visit. To register for the site visit, 
Bidders shall send an e-mail to the contracting authority (joelle.theriault@pwgsc.gc.ca) no later than November 16 at 10:30AM. Bidders are requested to clearly identify the name of the participant, the name of the company they represent, telephone number, facsimile number and e-mail address. 

All attendees must provide one piece of ID on theday of the site visit.


Note to Bidders: Taking pictures WILL NOT be permitted during the site visit.
