CPIC requests received after November 14, 2017 will not be accepted. ================== PERSONAL PORTABLE ALARM (PPA) The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement for the expansion of the Personal Protection Alarms (PPA) Flash system at Dorchester Penitentiary. The work includes the supply, installation, testing etc. as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) (Refer to electronic Attachment #1). The Dorchester Penitentiary is a minimum security facility. Work will have to be accomplished with minimum disruption to the daily operation and security of the institution. A mandatory site visit will take place December 7, 2017 at 10:00 am at the Principal Entrance of the Dorchester Penitentiary, 4902 Main Street, Dorchester, New Brunswick, E4K 2Y9. It is also a mandatory condition of this requirement that all attendees have a site clearance prior to the site visits. Bidders must submit a CPIC for each attendee. Each CPIC Form must be accompanied with a clear and visible copy of a picture ID (Driver’s licence (both sides) and/or Passport). The CPIC Form subject line must identify which site clearance is being requested for. If information on the request is incomplete or the picture ID is not clear, the requests will not be processed. The work is requested to be completed within 30 weeks after contract award. After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Note: This document contains a security requirement On February 1, 2017, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) launched the new mandatory electronic fingerprint requirement. The new process applies to any organization that works or intends to work on Government of Canada contracts with security requirements that have been issued by or will be issued by PSPC. Bidder personnel must hold the security clearance identified in the solicitation document prior to Contract award.
