Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Amendment 006 is issued to update the solicitation close date +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ MCCP Console Upgrade and Reconfiguration 21120-164376/A Patti Hallman Telephone No. - (819) 420 -0339 The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement for the upgrade and reconfiguration of seven (7) Main Communication and Control Post consoles at the following institutions: Fraser Valley, Matsqui, Bowden, Drumheller, Joyceville, Port Cartier and Springhill. All the institutions are of varying security levels. Work will have to be accomplished with minimum disruption to the daily operation and security of the institution. Seven (7) mandatory site visits will take place. Please seethe request for proposalfor further information. The work is requested to be completed within 30 weeks after contract award. After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
