Manual High Density Mobile Shelving (HDMS)

Objectives:

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by Publics Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) in order to establish the floor calculations including floor loading diagram, the design and the Installation of a Manual High Density Mobile Shelving (HDMS) in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions at the Main Building - Wing 2000, 150 Tunney’s Pasture Driveway, Ottawa, ON, K1A 0K9.

Trade Agreement:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Security Requirements 

There is no security requirement associated with the Request for Proposal (RFP), however a security requirement may be required for individual requirements.  

Mandatory Site Visit

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Main Building - Wing 2000, 150 Tunney’s Pasture Driveway, Ottawa, ON, K1A 0K9 on August 9, 2018. The site visit will begin at 01:30 pm. Bidders must bring their personal protection equipment - safety boots and hard hats.

Bidders must communicate with Quiterie Garcia Lozano via email: Quiterie.GarciaLozano@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca no later than August 7th, 2018 3:00 pm to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
