    Contractor's Canadian facility or Contractor's Canadian
    distribution point.  Option may be exercised by DND/PWGSC within
    twelve (12) months from the date of contract award.
    Item 003 - Optional Familiarization Instructions for the
    Optional Quantity End Dump Trailer
    
    GROUP B - DUMP TRAILER, CROSS GATE BELLY, 26 CY, CONFIGURATION B
    (in accordance with DND Purchase Description)
    Item 005 - Qty 1 - Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) CFB Shilo, Manitoba.
    Item 006 - Optional Quantity (Up to Qty 2), FCA Free Carrier at
    Contractor's Canadian facility or Contractor's Canadian
    distribution point.  Option may be exercised by DND/PWGSC within
    twelve (12) months from the date of contract award.
    Item 007 - Optional Familiarization Instructions for the
    Optional Quantity Cross Gate Belly Dump Trailer
    
    BASIS OF SELECTION
    The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated aggregate price,
    per group, will be recommended for award of a contract.
    
    DELIVERY
    Item 001 and 005 is desirable on or before 15 February 2013.
    
    DEBRIEFINGS
    After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
    results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
    to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
    of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
    may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

    procurement.
