Description

Item 001 - Qty 2 - Truck, Line Maintenance in accordance with
Annex B -  DND Purchase description.  Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
at CFB Kingston, ON.

Item 002 - Qty 2 - Truck, Line Maintenance in accordance with
Annex B -  DND Purchase description.  Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
at CFB Gagetown, NB.

Item 003 - Qty 1 - Truck, Line Maintenance in accordance with
Annex B -  DND Purchase description.  Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
at CFB Valcartier, QC.

Item 004 - Qty 1 - Truck, Line Maintenance in accordance with
Annex B -  DND Purchase description.  Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
at CFB Wainright, AB.

Item 005 - Optional Qty (up to Qty 5) - Truck, Line Maintenance
in accordance with Annex B -  DND Purchase description.  FCA
Free Carrier at Contractor's Canadian facility or Contractor's
Canadian distribution point.  Option may be exercised within
twelve (12) months from date of contract award.

Delivery
Delivery for Items 001-004 is highly desirable on or before 03
December 2012.

Debriefing
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
