QUANTITY

Item 001 - Qty. 1 - Forklift Trailer, 16' Tilt Deck. All in
accordance with Annex B - Purchase Derscription. Delivered Duty
Paid (DDP) CFB Valcartier, Quebec.

The requirement also includes the option to purchase up to four
(4) additional trailers and related equipment over a period of
twelve (12) months after contract award.

DEBRIEFING

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

DELIVERY

Delivery of Item 001 is desirable before July 31, 2015.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
