This amendment is raised to extended the bid closing date until
May 12, 2014 at 02:00 pm and to provide Questions and Answers.

ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W8476-144678/A dated August 29, 2013 with a
closing of October 21, 2013 at 02:00 pm.  A debriefing or
feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who
bid on the previous solicitation.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
three (3) Rough Terrain, Air Transportable, Military Pattern,
Diesel Engine Driven, Boom Type Material Handler Forklift Truck
and ancillary items, including familiarization
instruction/training in accordance with Purchase Description for
Rough Terrain, Air Transportable, Military Pattern, Diesel
Engine Driven, Boom Type Material Handler Forklift Truck, dated
14 February 2014 to be delivered to CFB Kingston, Ontario and
CFB Petawawa, Ontario by September 30, 2014.

An option is included to purchase up to six (6) additional
vehicles and ancillary items to be exercised within twelve (12)
months from the effective date of the contract.

Debriefings

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
