    The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
    three (3) Rough Terrain, Air Transportable, Military Pattern,
    Diesel Engine Driven, Boom Type Material Handler Forklift Truck
    and ancillary items, including familiarization
    instruction/training in accordance with Purchase Description for
    Rough Terrain, Air Transportable, Military Pattern, Diesel
    Engine Driven, Boom Type Material Handler Forklift Truck, dated
    15 May 2013 to be delivered to CFB Kingston, Ontario and CFB
    Petawawa, Ontario by March 28, 2014.
    
    An option is included to purchase up to six (6) additional
    vehicles and ancillary items to be exercised within twelve (12)
    months from the effective date of the contract.
    
    Debriefings
    
    After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
    results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
    to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
    receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
    debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
