    AMENDMENT 002

This amendment is raised to provide questions with answers to
    potential bidders as follows:

    1.	Configuration A Collapsed Height 3.4.2(c) - Please advise if
a collapsed height of 84 inches would be acceptable

Answer: Yes - a collapsed height of 84-inches would be
acceptable. Row 5 indicating "Collapsed Height" with
corresponding Column 4 representing configuration A, of the
Configuration Capability Table of para 1.4 of the Purchase
Description should be amend to read 84-inches(2,133mm) instead
    of 83-inches(2,108mm).

    2.	Configuration A Vehicle Height 3.4.2(e) - Please advise if a
vehicle height of 84 inches would be acceptable

Answer: Yes - a vehicle height of 84-inches would be acceptable.
Row 7 indicating "Vehicle Height" with corresponding Column 4
representing configuration A, of the Configuration Capability
Table of para 1.4 of the Purchase Description should be amend to
    read 84-inches (2,133mm) instead of 83-inches(2,108mm).

    3.	Purchase Description Page 5 of 12 - Configuration B Lift
    Height 3.4.2(b)
Please advise if a lift height of 106 inches would be acceptable

Answer: Yes - a lift height of 106-inches would be acceptable.
Row 4 indicating "Lift Height" with corresponding Column 5,
representing configuration B, of the Configuration Capability
Table of para 1.4 of the Purchase Description should be amend to
    read 106-inches(2,947mm) instead of 108-inches (2,997mm).

    4.	Please advise if a vehicle height of 87 inches would be
    acceptable

Answer: No - a vehicle height of 87-inches on configuration B
will not be acceptable due to door height restriction of the
    building at intended locations.

    5. For Configuration A and B, in the Configuration Capability
Table it states requirement for 2" sideshift but looking further
under requirements 3.5.1 (d) it states requirement of a
sideshifting fork positioner. Adding a sideshifting fork
positioner automatically derates the capacity of the unit.

The Question: Does this unit have to have a side shifting fork
positioner or just regular side shift?

Answer:The vehicle shall be equipped with an integrated side
shift/fork positioning system (not just regular side shift)
capable of providing a side shift of at least 2-inces (50mm) at
full load. The use of side shifting mechanism shall not de-rate
load capacity up to a height of at least 150-inches (3,810mm).

    6.	For Configuration B, it states vehicle height of 75" - we do
not have a unit that can fit this requirement (I don't think
    anyone does).

The Question: Is it acceptable to have 78" vehicle height and
    78" Collapsed Height?

Answer:Yes - an overall vehicle height and a collapsed height of
78-inches (1,980mm) would be acceptable for configuration B with
the vehicle being equipped with equipments as stated in the
Purchase Description and the mast in fully collapsed and
vertical position. No deviation would be acceptable.

Row 7 indicating "Vehicle Height" with corresponding Column 5,
representing configuration B, of the Configuration Capability
Table of para 1.4 of the Purchase Description should be amend to
read 78 (1980mm) instead of 75(1905mm). Also, Row 5 indicating
"Collapsed Height" with corresponding Column 5, representing
configuration B, of the Configuration Capability Table of para
1.4 of the Purchase Description should be amend to read
    78(1,980mm) instead of 75(1,905mm).

    7.	For configuration A, it states tires to be pneumatic.
The Question: Is it acceptable to have pneumatic tires on
    Configuration B as well?

Answer:No - pneumatic tires would not be acceptable on
    configuration B.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
