    location and to provide questions and answers to potential
    bidders as follows:
    
    Question: Are the flanges drilled open on one end of the joint
    and tapped on the opposite end? The Defense Standard Document
    02-345 Figure 1.7 on page 1.9 states "Flange drilled one end
    only".
    
    Answer: Drilled and tapped both ends.

    After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
    results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
    to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
