    This amendment 002 is raised to extend RFP closing date to
    31/07/14.
    
    This amendment is raised to extend RFP closing date to 23/07/14.
    
    Correctional Services of Canada (CSC) has a requirement for a
    National Sanitation & Warewashing Program for 49 kitchens
    positioned throughout Canada in accordance with Annex A -
    Statement of Work
    
    The Work is summarized into three (3) main categories : 
    1. a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), 
    2. a Client Managed Inventory (CMI), 
    3. the purchase of Chemical Supply Only (CSO).
    
    A bidders' conference will be held at Place du Portage,
    Gatineau, Qc, on Thursday June 19, 2014.
    
    The work under this requirement will be carried out for a three
    (3) years period from the effective date of contract, with an
    option to extend the contract for two (2) additional periods of
    one (1) year each.
    
    Debriefings
    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid
    solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the
    Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
    receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The
    debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
