This requirement is for: Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)


Only TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2, in one or more of the Work streams and in the National Capital Region under the EN578-055605 series of SAs are eligible to compete. The TBIPS SA EN578-055605 is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation.

Description of the requirement:

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of RCMP (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply.
It is intended to result in the award of 1 contract for 2 years plus 3 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract

The RCMP requires assistance in the day-to-day support, monitoring and preventive maintenance of CIIDS. The Contractor is expected to maintain a Contractor Support Desk (CSD) to achieve the tasks outlined in this SOW.
The Contractor will provide the RCMP CIIDS 24/7 support, system maintenance and support services in accordance with this Statement of Work. The Contractor will provide, under task authorization, support for all current CIIDS sites and CIIDS software releases (semi-annual releases, interim builds and emergency patch releases). Coordination of all CIIDS changes will be done with the RCMP Technical Authority.

Partial bids will not be accepted.

It is anticipated that one contract will be awarded.  The same per diem rate for each resource within a resource category will apply.  Bidders must be able to provide the maximum number of resources for each resource category they bid.  Any replacement resources must possess qualifications and skill-sets equal to or superior than the initial resource proposed.  


Security Requirement:

1. The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, with approved 
 Document Safeguarding at the PROTECTED B, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

2.  The Contractor personnel requiring access to CLASSIFIED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET or RELIABILITY as required, granted or approved by the CISD/PWGSC.
