Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) on behalf of
Transport Canada (TC) requires appraisal services for the
disposition of 10 parcels ("Subject Properties) in Ontario. The
parcels are managed by St. Lawrence Seaway Management
Corporation (SLSMC). 

In accordance with Treasury Board Policy Directive on the Sale
or Transfer of Surplus Property and Appraisals and Estimates
Standard for Real Property regarding the sale of federal
property, the appraisal of properties (individual reports) is
being commissioned on behalf of TC. The properties are under
consideration for sale to Canada Lands Company Limited (CLC), a
federal non-agent Crown corporation responsible for the disposal
of strategic surplus federal real property.

The subject assignment requires separate market value appraisal
reports for the Subject Properties. There are 10 parcels of
which 8 are located in the City of Cornwall and 2 are in the
Village of Iroquois.  The majority of the Subject Properties are
waterfront land with manufacturing, residential or open space
zoning designations.  Some of them are improved with structures
and subject to leases or licenses.  The information of the
parcels is summarized in Table 1 and Table 2 situated at the end
of this Statement of Work (SOW).  It is the responsibility of
the appraiser to verify the legal description and other property
information.
