This is a Request for Proposal only for Holders of Category 4 or sub-category 4.1 of Supply Arrangement W6399-21J415.  If other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for Supply Arrangement before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement.  To obtain a copy of the Request for Supply Arrangement W6399-21J415 download it from www.BuyandSell.gc.ca 

The Department of National Defence requires a ship which meets the minimum requirements specified in Section 3.4 of Annex A from the 17-24 June 2022 inclusive and will originate in the port of St. Johns Newfoundland and will terminate in Halifax Nova Scotia.  In addition to the supply of the ship, the Contractor must also provide a crew to operate the ship and provide all required services specified in the SOW
