    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
    1 ESU require relocation from Moncton New Brunswick to the new
    facility in Kingston Ontario.
    The bulk of the relocation will entail warehouse as well as
    general office material, moves totalling approximately 85
    people. The move may include but is not limited to, staff office
    content materials, general filing and storage cabinets,
    computers and peripherals and office equipment. This includes
    file cabinets and storage room contents being moved to the new
    location. The moves may also include dismantling of existing
    panel systems furniture. Some of the panel-hung surfaces may
    also have cabling and devices to be removed before disposal.
    Moves may include dismantling of metal shelving and
    reassembling, or relocating to a disposal site.
    The Scope of this work includes all aspects of the planning and
    delivery of the 1 ESU Move Project. This project will comprise a
    move to relocate 1 ESU content from existing facilities to the
    new location. The move will focus on moving approximately 85
    staff content, a lab and a small warehouse. The Contractor must
    have the capacity to respond to and incorporate urgent requests
    within the Contract timeframes.
    The Contractor's Project Manager must take the leadership role
    in the planning exercises for all aspects of the move and take
    ownership of the whole plan, providing updates to all project
    team members, as applicable. 
    
    Phase Tentative Schedule Description General Contractor Dates
    
    Phase 1	Move-out:  1 October 2013 for Contractor to start
    packing or directed by the Technical Authority (TA).  Contents
    must not be in transit between Moncton and Kingston for greater
    than a 7 day period.   
    
    Pre-Phase will be determined by the contractor and PWGSC. The
    removal of all belongings from 1 ESU Moncton must occur no later
    than October 31, 2013.  
    
    
    Phase 2  	Option - Storage:  If renovations in the new building
    are not completed, storage of trailers will begin by October
    20th, 2013 or as directed by the TA. Timeline for storage will
    range from 1-6 months, and will be effected by inclusion of an
    option to extend the contract.. 
    
    Phase 3 	Move-in:  Move-in to 1 ESU Kingston may begin October
    20th, 2013 or as directed by the TA, up until completion of
    Storage, subject to availability of the site, (to be announced).
    The removal of all content and from 1 ESU Moncton must be
    removed no later than October 31, 2013, as they no longer have
    position of that building.
