Title:  Optical Spray Pattern Analyzer

Requirement:

The Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base (CFB)
Trenton, has a requirement for the supply amd delivery of an
Optical Spray Pattern Analyzer, for testing of T56 gas turbine
engine's fuel nozzles. The capture and analysis components of
the optical spray pattern analyzer can be incorporated into the
existing T56 nozzle test stand at CFB Trenton, or the Contractor
can supply their own brand new test stand. The requirement is
detailed under Annex "A" - Requirement.   

Delivery:

Deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2015. 

Basis of Selection:

A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation
to be declared responsive.  The responsive bid with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
