Nature of Requirements: 

Correctional Service Canada (CSC) National Training Academy has scheduled 12 Correctional Training Programs (CTP) for fiscal year 2018-2019.  Each CTP consists of a maximum of 32 recruits who receive training over a duration of approximately 3 months.  The number of recruits may reduce, by an average of 12%, over the CTP time period.  

Approximately 128 recruits are currently staying in residence at St. Lawrence College. CSC’s on-site recruit accommodations are undergoing renovations and expect to house 96 recruits by 31 January 2019.   After February 1st, hotel accommodations will still be required for 32 recruits, and possibly an additional 32 recruits throughout the remaining term of the standing offer.

The Contractor must: 

• Provide accommodation and meals for:
o up to 128 recruits during the period of 27 August to 31 January 2019; and 
o Up to 32 recruits during the period of 01 February 2019 to 31 March 2021. 

• Provide accommodation in groups of 32 rooms. 

• Be located within approximately 15-minute drive of 443 Union St. W Kingston ON K7L 4V8;

The period for making call-ups and providing services against the Standing Offer is from August 27, 2018 to March 31, 2021.
