    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
    solicitation number W0125-145089/A dated 13th February, 2015
    with a closing of  at 20th April, 2015 at 2:00pm. A debriefing
    or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who
    bid on the previous solicitation.
    
    Security Requirement 
    
    There is a security requirement associated with this
    requirement. For additional information, see Part 1 - General
    Information 1. Security Requirement  and Part 6 - Resulting
    Contract Clauses, 1 Security Requirement.
    
    Requirement 
    
    Provide wildlife control for the Department of National Defence
    (DND) for the aircraft runways and surrounding areas at the
    Canadian Forces Base (CFB) in Trenton, Ontario and Mountain
    View, Ontario as per Annex A. It is the intention of Canada to
    issue one (1) Contract for this requirement. The term of the
    Contract will be from 1 September 2015 to 31 August 2016, with
    Canada having an irrevocable option to extend the term by three
    (3) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and
    conditions
    
    Mandatory Site Visit
    
    It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
    Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the
    site visit to be held at CFB Trenton, 14 Alert Blvd, on 6 July,
    2015. The site visit will begin at 1:00pm (local time), in
    conference room 208. The duration of the site visit will be a
    minimum of three hours and maximum of four hours (5:00 pm).
    Bidders or their representatives must attend the entire
    mandatory site visit to comply with the Canada's Mandatory
    Requirement for attendance.
    
    Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later
    than 2 July, 2015 at 5:00pm to confirm attendance and provide
    the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be
    required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders should confirm in
    their bid that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do
    not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a
    representative will not be given an alternative appointment and
    their bid will be declared non-responsive. Any clarifications or
    changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit
    will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation 
    
    The above site visit is only mandatory for Bidders who did not
    attend the site visit for bid
    solicitation number W0125-145089/A held on March 9, 2015 at
    10:00 AM. A Bidder that attended
    the site visit for bid solicitation number W0125-145089/A held
    on March 5, 2013 at 10:00 AM and
    that has confirmed in their bids that they have attended this
    site visit will be assessed as having
    met this mandatory requirement.
    
    All persons requiring entry to CFB Trenton must produce
    government issued photo identification whenever requested by
    Canada's representatives.  Canada will not be responsible for
    bidders' representatives who are refused entry to CFB Trenton
    due to insufficient notification of intention to attend,
    incomplete identification, or any security concern that prevents
    their entry.
