Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / CPTPP / NAFTA / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Grounds Maintenance - CFB Trenton W6888-202077/A Littlefield, Mike Telephone No. - (613) 545-8058 ( ) Fax No. - (613) 545-8067 ( ) This requirement is for the furnishing of all labour, material and equipment required for the maintenance and upgrading of grounds at 8 Wing CFB Trenton and its satellite locations. The work consists of both a firm requirement and "as and when requested" work to be completed under Task Authorization. The period of the Contract is from April 1st, 2020 to March 31st, 2024 inclusive. It is the intention of Canada to award one contract for the requirement. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Security Requirements: 1. At the date of bid closing, the following conditions must be met: (a) the Bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance as indicated in Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses; (b) the Bidder's proposed individuals requiring access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites must meet the security requirements as indicated in Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses; (c) the Bidder must provide the name of all individuals who will require access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites; 2. For additional information on security requirements, Bidders should refer to the Industrial Security Program (ISP) of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://ssi-iss.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/index-eng.html) website. IMPORTANT: This tender is part of Public Works and Government Services Canada’s initiative to submit bid submission files electronically using epost Connect.
