Title: Transport Dispatcher

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for one (1) transport dispatcher to manage and coordinate a vehicle fleet to meet service request requirements at a DND facility in the south west sector of the National Capital Region (NCR).  

The term of the Contract is from date of contract award to one (1) year later plus the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by (4) additional one (1) year periods.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically.  Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Contractor must obtain from its employee(s) or subcontractor(s) the completed and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement attached at Annex E and provide it to the DND Project Administrative Authority before they are given access to information by or on behalf of Canada in connection with the Work.
