Trade Agreement: CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Solicitation Number: W6399-21J404/A Title: Tactical Training Facility The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the provision of Tactical and Collective Mobility Training Services, on an "as and when requested" basis. The Contractor must provide a training facility, including accommodations, long live fire ranges, and support staff, all specialized for tactical and collective mobility training capabilities, to enable Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members to practice and maintain the necessary skills and safely function on a day-to-day basis while deployed. The intention of the Crown is to issue one National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) to meet this requirement. The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer will be from issuance of the Standing Offer to 2022-12-31, with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Standing Offer by up to three (3) additional one-year periods. There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. For additional information, see Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). This RFSO requires offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method. The Phased Offer Compliance Process (POCP) applies to this requirement. Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process.
