    Request for Supply Arrangements (RFSA)

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of suppliers capable of building and supplying Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIB) and Inflatable Boats (IB) for various Departments and Agencies on an as and when requested basis. This Request for Supply Arrangements (RFSA) will establish a List of Qualified Suppliers by stream of RHIB and IB as per Annex “A” - Vessel Streams.

The Supply Arrangements will be for a period of two (2) years with a possibility of an additional one (1) year option and two (2), two (2) year option periods.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
