Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Card Access Control System 51019-154011/A Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) Head Office (HO) located at 161 Grafton Street, Charlottetown, PEI, requires the supply, delivery, installation, configuration and training of a card access control system to replace the existing card access system and install 6 new door controllers for a total of 37 door controllers to ensure access to the HO facility is controlled and protected from unauthorized entry. All door hardware and existing readers to remain and 6 new readers to be installed. Current software and door controllers are to be replaced. The product MUST meet UL 294 Access Control Systems. The work shall commence upon contract award. All hardware/software must be delivered and installed (including training and data transfer) within five (5) weeks of contract award. This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
