Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) requires the services of a physician(s) to provide medical consultation services (as per Annex A, Statement of Work) on behalf of VAC for the Pembroke Area Office from date of contract award to March 31, 2018, with the option to extend for up to another two, one-year periods.

The mandatory evaluation criteria for this requirement is found at Annex E.

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

ThisPublic Services and Procurement Canada office provides services to the public in both official languages.
