    This requirement is for: Veterans Affairs Canada, Charlottetown, PEI
    
    Only TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2, in all resource categories and in the Atlantic Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are eligible to compete. The TBIPS SA EN578-170432 is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation.
    
    Description of the requirement:
    
    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the following mandatory categories:

    A.7 Programmer/Analyst - CRM Dynamics - Level 2
    A.1 Application/Software Architect - AI Data Architect - Level 1
    A.11 Tester - Level 1

    Please note: Each mandatory category requires a minimum of two (2) resources to be assigned. Bidders will have the opportunity to bid on additional optional categories which will require a minimum of one (1) resource to be awarded additional points. Additional details can be found in the Request for Proposal document.
    
    The Contractor will provide the services on an “as and when requested” basis. All requirements will be authorized through Task Authorizations issued in accordance with the Contract.
    
    Bidders must submit a bid for all mandatory resource categories. 
    
    Anticipated Start Date:
    
    Initial Contract Period which begins on the date the Contract is awarded and ends 1 year later.
