    The work covered under this Standing Offer Agreement includes the provision of all labour, materials, tools, supervision and equipment necessary for inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, parts replacement and upgrade of Emergency Electrical Power Supply System Equipment as indicated in Table -1 Equipment Inventory, including :  
    
    - Diesel Generator (s) 
    - Transfer Switch (s) 
    - Breaker (s) and Disconnect (s) 
    - Motor Starter (s) and Panel Board (s) 
    - Diesel Fire Pump engine (s)
    
    This standing offer will also be used for service call and repair situations where supplier is required to bring the equipment operational since it’s not functioning per intended design as specified by the Project Authority when requested on Form C-942, Call up, Against a Standing Offer Agreement, and as specified herein.
    
     
    The Correctional Service of Canada has a requirement for the establishment
    of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO).  This Standing Offer is for the provision of all labour, materials, supervision and equipment necessary for inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, parts replacement and upgrade of Emergency Electrical Power System Equipment for Atlantic Institution, Dorchester Penitentiary, Springhill Institution and Nova Institution.  
    
    The Contractor will have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in providing satisfactory Emergency Power System inspection, testing and maintenance as per CSA-282.
    
    Work will be performed as and when requested, from September 1, 2018 to August 31, 2019 with the option to extend for 4 additional one (1) year periods.  A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract.  Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the standing offer will be called up.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

    New measures related to Integrity Provisions are included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
